Hey Duncan, thanks for the KB link but as I understand it both scenarios, fresh power on and a reboot, are very slow. I will check with my colleague next week to verify. I will keep you posted, thanks again.

Although I agree, the fact that it was a lot faster most likely has to do with a known issue:
